If you had to pick one(any kind of creatine) or No-Xplode, which would you pick for MUSCLE MASS and STRENGTH GAINS. not for energy in the gym or etc, just for Strength and Mass.

Im not sure, ive taken 2 servings of nox (samples) and cellmass. Nox gave me a good energy boost, but im not sure of its mass effects. Cellmass seems to be doing great on me. Muscle Milk about 30 minutes before my workout also seems to give me an energy boost thoguh.

I will make my own cell tech and i bet it will outperform NO xplode, both in results and in cost.

Can you buy Creatine Ethyl Ester in plain unflavoured like you do with monohydrate? Yes, you can. Bodybuilding.com has their own, but I wouldnt recommend it, its not doing anything for me. Give CEX a try, you'll like it

Cost effective: VNS-Jacked. There are other locations where one can buy in bulk(by the kilo or half kilo) like: CEE, CITRULLINE MALATE and AAKG and make your own. My question would be is Dextrose necessary when assembling you own? Peace
