same thing is happening with me.

i used to a get a pimple here and there every once in a while .. but once i started working out 5 days a week, and taking creatine (NO-Xplod, Cell Mass, and also Nitrix), i started breaking out quite a big.

I was told this was for a few reasons ..

one, i'm sweating more and the pores open up and can suck oil and crap and cause acne

two, from all the strenuous workouts, my hormones are kinda goin all over, causing me to break out

three .. well, i dunno. but we can blame it on the creatine .. ?

Maybe you wanna think about usning stuff to clean your face off after workouts n stuff, like Oxy-clean.  Supposed to get rid of the dirt and oils and other stuff from your face.  I like to use it right after I workout and yea you can see the dirt on the pad and I do believe this helps keep my acne down a bit. Smile  Anyone else do anything like this?

i dont think its the actual supps, its the fact that your workouts are becomming alot more intense both mentally and physically, so this is causing you to sweat more releasing all of the grease etc... and causing you to break out.

More testosterone as well.

I found that taking a shower after your workout and using a facial scrub worked wonders.  For a while there, I was getting acne like a teenager and I'm 33!

I've always seen it as a good sign because if my body is producing more hormones and testosterone, it's growing and changing.  It just means I have to pay more attention to showering right after and using some type of facial scrub.

What would be everyone's top choice acne medication?  I am using Oxy Pads, Normal Skin, it seems like it's doing the trick.

Working out sweating all that causes acne...The creatine didn't cause it, it's not steroids.
