hey took creatine about amonth ago , did nothing for me cuz i was on and off with it and didnt follow the directions ,

anyway got a new batch , was told to take it with  a carb such as juice?

directions say cold water , should i just use just , or maybe chase with juice or is this whole carb thing irrelivant.

(the creatine i selected is xyience nox cg3)

how long should i wait between cycles.. i only got the 400 gram thing im almost done , should i wait atleast 30 days or can i start another right away?

i don't think that it really matters... i take mine with juice... just see what tastes better...

I remember reading not to take it with orange juice. Something to do with the citrus having a negative effect on the creatine... I'm not sure. Just something to consider or look into for yourself.

im not concerned with that  , im just going to follow the directions on the tub , what about how often tho , i took the week off and lost weight :( my arms look small now .

but ya so i start again monday but only got about 5 shakes worth left , do i have to take a break from creatine for a few months or can i get another tub?

i've heard to take pre and post workout. but don't quote me on that.. i'm not an avid creatine user.
