k the reason i take creatine is weight gain , but i keep getting mixed signals , ive takin 3 tubs of creatine , the brand i took was xyience ,  it has the arginine glutamine and 3 types of creatine , i never really gain weight , i figured its cuz im always too busy to drink all the water im suppost to , but the fella at GNC said this product is pretty much just for muscle pumps which i only get like towards thelast few shakes i guess cuz its loading , altho it says on the tin that theres no loading required. anyway , the GNC guy said that cuz it has the 3 creatines in it its like not gunna put weight on me , and only monohydrate will and to take it with juice cuz water just flushes it out , well the tin says take with water , so im just confused... i caant take it with juuice cuz its flavored and trhat would be nasty , should i take a glass of juice right after the shake?  kinda just confused altogether with creatine , cuz i want size from it , any comments on this or brand suggestions?

im really no expert on creatine but if your looking to bulk and build mass i would invest in a gainer ..such as cytogainer.....

i do know if you are going to take creatine drinking alot of water is a must!

idk if that helps but good luck anyways

stop that brand your takin, and get mono. Then drink it with a glass of juice...  do the directions on the bottle including the loading cycle.. By the way creatin puts on water wieght in your muscles which in turn helps you lift more and longer endurance hence increasing the size of your muscle. Also i dont get what you mean by you dont have the time to drink enough water?? Wat does it take like five seconds? If you dont have time to do it right pretty much a waste of money!

Try normal Mono with juice,You would have to load for the first 5 days(4/5 Servings per day)and then 1/2 servings for maintenance per day,Itake mine before and after workout.

You should see some gains,Waterretention is a problem but you should keep sum of your gains.

Good Luck

Yes you can mix it with juice but it doesn't mix very well. It sort of settles on the bottem so what i do is put the creatine in my mouth and then down it with some juice. It takes a lil bit to get use to it but its the best way to get all the creatine down.

First of all xyience sucks balls, so i would personally recommend another brand. I do however, like the multiple types of creatine. I have experienced much better results with that than with the regular creatine monohydrate, so stay with that. Right now I take IsoMax Extreme Gainer by Ultimate Nutrition, which I would highly recommend if it is within your budget. It has basically everything you need in it including the several types of creatine, amino acids, glutamine, NO activators, protein, vitamins, and other stuff. It costs about 50 bucksat GNC if you have a gold card. If you don't want to spend quite that much and want only the creatine, I would recommend Anabolic Switch. I'm not sure what company makes it but just go to a GNC and look for it in a gray and yellow tub.

ps.- another good buy if you have the money is Anabolic Halo by Muscletech i got the largest jump in strength i ever got when i was on it

anabolice halo , whats in it exactly ? i  dont mind taking creatine , but some stuff makes me nervous its got so much **** in it , my friend takes nano vapour from that company , says he feels like hes on drugs when he takes it , although i have notcied alot of strength increase for him , i use to lift more then him :( anyway why is xyience smack talked so much , everything always disses it cuz UFC represents it , and calls it over priced , ive never found it high priced then any other stuff eexcept the no name stuff. every time ive asked about it i got no info on its performance just that  its all hyped up by UFC and overpriced.. i just wanna take a safe ,quality product , i want size and a nice body without jepordising my health

I haven't met a creatine yet that "tasted good."  All I have tried are just tasteless white powders, if you can call them powder.  I also haven't found one that completely disolves.

That said, I take Optimum Nutrition's brand of creatine mono powder.  I either take it with a little orange juice, or just plain ol water.  About 4-5 ounces, just enough to mix it, then down it.  I have some little 10 oz bottles that my son takes his mike to school with.  I just fill it half full of either OJ or water, add a tsp of creatine, shake it good enough to mix it then take the lid off and doen it.  I drink crazy amounts of water daily anyhow, so I always have a glass full nearby to wash it down with.

I also use Optimum Nutrition glutamine, as well as their whey and casein protein.  Yeah, I like their stuff.

Whatever brand you go with, just man-up and slam it.  It's not meant to be a tasty treat! Smile
