That stack is fine, especially if you are fairly new to weightlifting. In my opinion, the CE2 and NO at GNC are both rip offs when compared to what you can purchase them off the internet for in bulk. quote:

I don't know bout CE2 but I know NO2 is legit and has produced great gains for several people I know. The guy who made it also created creatine, ed byrd is no joke.

i'd throw in flax seeds into your shakes. you can take all this stuff but what's more important is a)how you feel about what ur taking is your body liking it b) ur nutrition how many times are u eating when are u taking these things

Y do you say that? This is assuming were talking about natural PB. quote:
ORIGINAL: danmirage Sorry, PB would NOT be a EFA or "good" fat...also it is roasted.... At best PB is a neutral fat.

i said "add"..... as in supps. i know efa's are in a lot of foods. I just seem to remember a post where danmirage had said that the only time you would really need to add efa's would be in the morning. and yes that's me in the picture... i wasn't on ecstacy or coke. i was drunk after the superbowl and i was upside down laying in a pile of empty beer cases. hince the suspicious looking eyes....

i think i read a post of dan's that said that EFA's sould be added with breakfast and no other time. I was recommending for people to take EFA's with breakfast...but not exclusively. In certain situations I recommend taking them with every meal...you can take them any time. As for why peanuts are not a "good" fat...they have to be roasted...when you roast them you damage them. You cause free radicals...which cause oxidative damage to the consumer. High heat, light, and oxygen destroy fatty acids, so when consuming foods for their fatty acid content, try to avoid cooked or heated forms. For example, raw nuts are a better source than roasted nuts. I recommend Raw, Organic Almond Butter as a replacement. As for what is an EFA... Essential Fatty Acids are necessary fats that humans cannot synthesize, and must be obtained through diet. EFAs are long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids derived from linolenic, linoleic, and oleic acids. There are two families of EFAs: Omega-3 (linolenic acid) and Omega-6 (linoleic acid). Omega-3 found in: Flaxseed oil (flaxseed oil has the highest linolenic content of any food), flaxseeds, flaxseed meal, hempseed oil, hempseeds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, Brazil nuts, sesame seeds, avocados, some dark leafy green vegetables (kale, spinach, purslane, mustard greens, collards, etc.), canola oil (cold-pressed and unrefined), wheat germ oil, salmon, mackerel, sardines, anchovies, albacore tuna, and others. Omega-6 found in: Flaxseed oil, flaxseeds, flaxseed meal, hempseed oil, hempseeds, grapeseed oil, pumpkin seeds, pine nuts, pistachio nuts, sunflower seeds (raw), olive oil, olives, borage oil, evening primrose oil, black currant seed oil, chestnut oil, chicken, among many others. For the record, peanuts contain Omega-9 (Oleic Acid) a non-essential fatty acid that the human body can manufacture a limited amount of, provided essential EFAs are present. Omega-9 found in: Olive oil (extra virgin or virgin), olives, avocados, almonds, peanuts, sesame oil, pecans, pistachio nuts, cashews, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, etc.
