creatine, glutamine, and a NO
-
Saturday, June 10, 2006 1:11 PM
From what I have been reading these are the big 3 supplements. Currently im on NOX-cg3 by xyience decent results but nothing major. so after i finish that i am going to cycle of for a 3 weeks and cycle on to some new stuff. From what marc david said the kre-aktlyn creatine worked well so i was thinking that for my creatine. as far as gluatmine and NO are conserned im open for suggestions. tried NO-explode and cellmass got good results for a while but looking for something different.

I would personally go with a product like Xceed over NOX-CG3, because that product is underdosed in arginine (NO precursor); whereas Xceed is adequately dosed in both CEE and NO. Here is some additional information on Xceed so that you may see for yourself. http://www.designersupps.com/static_site/xceed.php

I like the sound of that, what about the glutamine which brands are good quality. any other opinions on the subject.

Any old glutamine power you can get cheap I jsut bought gnc's brand of pills. If you want an NO product I knoq it is expensive but MRI's NO2, the first NO by the guy who created creatine is real legit.

Most people get sufficient amounts from their whey protein, but you can just buy bulk Glutamine if you so choose to. ORIGINAL: 95gtdriver I like the sound of that, what about the glutamine which brands are good quality. any other opinions on the subject.

ORIGINAL: rucknmaul GL3 L-Glutamine by AST.. just an idea. GL3- L-Glutamine by AST – IMO is one of the best L-G’s out there. It’s a pharmaceutical grade L-G, it’s micronized for better absorption and utilization. Also, odorless and tasteless.

I use AST's creatine and l-glutamine and Bodyfortress's L-arginine. You can get a month's worth of the NO for 20.00 at Walmart. If you have the money, I would go with kre-aktlyn. The big thing for me is its difficult to drink so much liquid in the morning before my workout (on an empty stomach) and not have a vomiting urge while i'm lifting heavy.
No, I'm not on steroids but thank you for asking.
