Any neg side effects like cramping? Do you do the normal front loading and maintenance routine with this like you do with reg creatine?

Doesn't CRe2 have that in it? I was taking that product for some time.

what brand have you used, there seems to be several. I usually only use GNC products because I feel it is a more trustworthy source, but they do not seem to have anything like that yet. I have done a little research, and like what i see, i just want to make sure i make the right decision.

CEX can be found at most places and online and is suppose to be really good.

(I stay far away from GNC's)

Actually, I recommend the Omega Sports Creatine Ester, 240 caps in a bottle and it works very well, no cramping or water weight.  Go to www.dpsnutrition.net, its where I got mine from.
