ive heard that creatine can weaken the joints and cause injuries easier. have you guys heard anytihng about this? i don' t belive it it' s just what ive heard.Smile

To the contrary it *should* improve them. I say should, because I don' t know, but creatine causes water retention. Joints thrive on water retention.

For example, when I used 4-ad which causes retention, my joints vastly improved.

I don' t know if this logic holds true for creatine though.
