Hi all, im just wondering if you can help me ive recently been hearing good things re mixing creatine and glucose to gain overall better results. Now i am looking to try this process but i am not sure of how to go about it. Is there a specific way and time to take it?, what quantities?, where is the best place to buy my glucose?, is there a creatine thats recommended?, and any results to report would be very helpful!!! thanx for your time!!!

True. The insulin spike you get when mixing it with a dextrose(fructose) is highly valued.

Just mix your creatine with some dextrose (that is the way)..
5g is the standard quantity per serving per day.
Some take it all 5g before the workout. Others take it 5g after the workout. And new studies show 2.5g before and 2.5g after is helpful.
Bottom line.. just take it.

You can probably go to any bulk place (Costco and such) and get it cheap.

I like V12 by SANS.. it's a full creatine transport system.
Results? 40 years of research, it works.. There are non-creatine responders, meaning it might not work at all for you. But overall, creatine has lots of research behind it and it works.. just as standard and well accepted as protein supplements.
