I use creatine, they say it makes the muscles regenerate faster, does this mean i can workout 5 times a week and not risk overtraining?

1. saturate ur muscles with more water
2. make ur ATP restore faster giving u more energy in short bursts

aka it gives your musclemore contracting power for a very short period of time, so you can do more weight with the same rep range on creatine as you could do lets say 10 pounds less with that same number of reps

To answer your question you can already work out 5 days a week and not over train. Overtraining has more to do with taxing your CNS or not giving your muscles and joints the time they need to recover. As long as you aren't slamming one muscle group multiple times a week you should be ok. With or without the creatine.
