im a creatine user... the recommended dose is 4x times a week( assuming we workout 4x/week)
i workout diffrent muscle groups everyday and it says to take it everytime i workout. should i take it daily? is it safe?

yeah its safe man, its the most tested substance ever in the world of body building. People have had severe but really rare side affects, but usually these people weren't healthy enough to use it in the first place or abused it. although there hasn't been a study about long term use, its safe and it works. People will try to tell u that ooo creatine, bad for your liver, studies show that creatine mono only loses 1% of creatine to creatanine.just make sure you follow the instructions and cycle the product accordingly. also there are debates as to which type of creatine is the best.. there was an article in the creatine mono vs other creatines thread that showed what i already said 1% break down for the mono

yeah thats a mono, i dont see any reason why u shouldn't take it everyday, if your workin out hard your body is going to use the creatine so your going to need to replace it. it'd be cool if you did a little before and after progress and how u think it went using it. i'm actually in the process of pickin out a creatine.. its definatly going to be a mono just got to see what company im going to go with. any other questions just keep posting, i know a bit and check up on some threads everyday so i'll try to give u some answers and u might be able to help me out with some stuff aswell HOLY CRAP!!!
