heres a good question. Im a skinny guy im 16 and only 115 pounds... im obviiously trying to gain weight and mass with creatine, ive been on it for two weeks. BUT, can i play basketball while im on creatine? everytime i play basketball i feel like im losing weight since i sweat a lot, am i really losing weight? I am eating a lot, every two hours.

naw dude your gonna die if you play basketball....

yeah you can play ha i mean you're gonna burn some calories while playing, but the sweating is just water weight.  Just drink a lot of water to replace it.  Keep your diet in check and your fine.

in the morning i eat an egg and a pbj sandwish then throughtout the day two more sandwished and at twelve i eat normal food, then i eat something small b the gym then real food after the gym

Read that...look up stronglifts 5X5 and do a lower intensity cardio on your off days. Remember to stretch post-workout, and try to increase your calories.

Dan listed a pretty good bulking diet. I'd use it as a guideline.

I have a creatine question also.
I was doing 5 to 6 days a week workout at the gym before i read a post here saying that that isnt advisable so now im doing 4 days at the gym and 3 days swimming for a cardio workout but should i still take the creatine when im swimming because i havnt been?

that happened to my buddy but it was from the waist down, he's stuck in a wheelchair for life... :(
