sorry i know alot of ppl ask this, i'm 18 and i'm 5'11, around 160... my diet is pretty good, i'm just wondering a good creatine to use.. i take whey, and casien.. i don't want anything too hardcore, or too expensive. I heard green bulge was good?-- or would i be better with a nitrix oxide product? someone please help

Try cheap creatine mono for your first time, then you can tell later if more expensive products work any better.

I think it's funny when people say stuff like "I don't want anything too hardcore".

Anyways just go to walmart or somewhere and get some cheap creatine. I went to gnc and got a 1000gram tub of plain creatine mono for 7$.
Lifts: Bench-285, ATG Squat-485, Deadlift-495

just picked up advanced creatine from walmart.. it made by six stars, anyone heard of it?. also i picked proffessional strength whey. i noticed the whey has creatine in it. am i still good to take both?
