Powder is absorbed quicker and since you can mix it in water you can take it to the gym with you or just add it into your post-workout shake quickly and easily, I took the tablets and they're a pain- Six tablets post-workout, it reminds me of those animal paks I just quit taking

^^Second that. Pills are a pain in the a-- Besides the slow dissolve time, pills require binders that might even prevent absorption. Did you work out the actual cost per gram after the savings? I haven't seen one yet for a major manufacturer (i.e. reputable) that can beat the per-gram cost of powder. If so, what the hey, right? You could always put em' in a coffee grinder and pulverize 'em

MVP it reminds me of those animal paks I just quit taking Which ones were you taking? I have thinking about grabbing the Animal Cuts and cycling off creatine starting next week to try and drop my water weight and settle in at a nice 180 lbs(I am 188-190 right now with about 11% BF).

Just take kre-alkalyn, youll lose that horrible water bloat that makes creatine mono not even worth it IMO.

RollingStone Just take kre-alkalyn, youll lose that horrible water bloat that makes creatine mono not even worth it IMO. Haha RS. Always afraid to lose an ounce of definition. Studies have actually shown Kre-Alkalyn, CEE, and all the "designer creatines" to be ineffective or not nearly as effective as plain old mono. I have never experienced a bloat while taking mono. What I have noticed is that Kre-Alkalyn doesn't do sh*t for me, but mono does wonders when it comes to strength and rest time in between sets. Don't waste your money on that crap.
