 this is the second time ive used creatine , its just 100% mono hydrate ( MAXX Essentials creatine mAXX)  the first time i had decent results i felt stronger had more endurence , except there was times that i  stopped for 5 days cuz i went on vacation and it seemed to  have drained out of my system.
 
 im now using the same product , i take it about 30-40 min before i go to the gym , mix it with white grape juice cuz i was told to mix it with a carb. then hit the gym , i find myself dizzy when i work out , after everyset im like spinnin... dunno if i got a bunk batch or im ****ed up myself or something , i get it alittle bit still without taking it but not much... should i completly discontinue use of this product? stop for awhile and see if it goes away then try again? or maybe just take it after workouts? thanks , also  has anyone had this happen?

You making sure you have enough water? and just breathing correctly throughout the reps?

Silly questions maybe but usually the case.

well i ve been lifting almost two years , im learning daily but i try to breath properly during reps , sometimesi dont , but i try when i remember.... ill focus more on it tomorrow at the gym and see where it takes me , if its not this i assume its the creatine  , i havent had enuf water the last few days , but like i said the dizziness is just when i lift... ill make sure i got the water too hopefully itll all pan out

do you warm up for at least 10-15 mins before lifting? If not try that out
