creatine and water consumption?? - Friday, August 28, 2009 12:41 PM ( #1 )
alright, so i'm on the creatine plan...5g of monohydrate creatine before my workouts once a day

i was told to drink A LOT of water while taking creatine..is this true?

what would the surplus of water inside of my body do and how much should i consume?

basically i just want to know the correlation between both taking creatine as a supplement and water consumption
