i have been taking creadrive from GNC, i am almost done with the 3 pound bottle of the powder and have had no gain in my weight and no improvement in lifting or anything all i have felt is swollen and i have been cramping up when i run.. is this normal? does everyone have different reactions to the substance?

Did you take it everyday or only on workout days? Are you drinking enough water?

also how were you taking it? Post workout or pre workout? and yes, hydration is critical especially while on creatine. Without proper hydration creatine is generally ineffective

Hyrdration?

i would take 5g a day everyday after my w/o, even when i rested. i would drink a lot of water about 1 gallon during school and then about 3/4 of another gallon after. and i did a full week of 10 g. a day i would take 5g before workout and 5g after
