I eat small, frequent meals during the day and I allow myself for cheat items during the week.

gracias!!

yea I try to eat several times a day. every 3-4 hours so I am not starving at anytime. I make sure I eat a good filling breakfast.

right before I workout I usually have a scoop of whey or some trailmix  so that I am not STARVING afterwards. I hit the gym in the evening.

if your craving something not so good for you dont sweat it. Having a cheat meal every now and then is not that bad. You can adjust other meals to compensate, or you can just eat and forget. some people even set a day aside for eating whatever they want while dieting the other 6 days of the week.

But usually my cravings are for something sweat, or a certain taste for something, if its really bad I will eat something healthy that will calm the craving.

chocolate protein drink/bar if i want something sweet for example.

but usually I just forget about the craving and it goes away.

Try eating every 2-3 hours instead.  Your metabolism will increase, and you won't be as hungry as often.

eat more and run more.  Cardio will kill hunger for a while too.
