 crashing off no explode?

crashing off no explode? - Monday, March 20, 2006 11:20 AM
man on im on my 3rd week of no explode and im the most AWSOME workouts in unbelavable.  i take no explode about 15-20 minutes before i wrk out, it says 45 but i start getting that pump after about 20.  my workouts last about an hour and a half, my problem is as my the time i get to my 3rd and final muscle group (about 20 minutes left in my workout) i start to get exhausted and i feel like im crashing.  and i get home and i dnt want to do nething for a couple of hrs.  i wld get tired after workouts before no explode but MAN im completly exhausted now.  i take 2 scoops before workouts, shld i be taking 3?  is this just the way it is or what?  HELP!!

or how about cutting back the number of muscle groups you do in one workout.. 3 is a lot for one workout if your hittin it hard. try doing two. i do a split like this..

chest/tri
shoulders/neck
legs/abs

Shock therapy is like no xplode, but some say its better. That and doing what rob1 said might help.

When I finish working out i take a protein shake, 5 grams of creatine monohydrate, and a glass of cranberry juice.  The cranberry juice has 37g of sugar per serving so it kicks my blood sugar back up after a hard workout and doesnt leave me tired :) Plus its good to intake sugar with creatine.

The NO explode recommened serving is 2-3 scoops on the day of a workout.  So why dont you take two scoops before your workout and then about 45 minutes into your workout drink another scoop.  That should give you enough energy tp finish your workouts. Or try 1.5 before and 1.5 during.

 defintely u should cut ur work out in almost half

Hour and a half is too long. And you are going to "crash" sooner or later. It isn't a miracle supp ;)

after 47 minutes of weight training cortisol levels skyrocket and muscle is catabolized.... just figured id throw that out there

 put $180 bucks up your nose in one night or go on a 4 day drinking biege (you cant get hung over if your never sober). thats crashing my friend.

i dnt care about crashing after my workout i just don't want to do it during my workout.  and its hard for me to get in the gym 6 times a week, ill try doing 1.5 scoops before and 1 scoop about 40 minutes in, ill let you know how it goes. if that doesn't work ill have to try getting in the gym 6, but id rather just lift 4 times a week. ill keep everyone posted

i tried shock therapy for the first time today after always using no xplode, and i am pretty impressed, it did give me more of a boost then nox does, then again it was only the first time too

I was just recently doing a 4 day split Chest,Shoulders,Tri's and Legs, Back and Bi's. How many exercises are you doing per bodypart? I was taking NO-X at the time and I didnt crash until hours after taking it. Also everyone is right 1 1/2 hours is too long unless that is including warm up and/or stretching.

Why are you going 6 times a week? that leaves like 1 day of rest. you need more than that... especialy since to me it sounds like your doing a full body work out? Other wise i cant see any one spending an hour and a half on just parts of the body :/
