haha I don't think so man, I actually heard whacking it to much is bad for strength, I asked in another topic and no one answered though. It will build up a mean tricep muscle though lol

I would assume it's bad for strength because you're using your testosterone to restock your stores of sperm the next day. You need that testosterone to lift heavier.

Seriously- I think the athlete performed well not because he got laid, but because he was an olympic athlete. Masturbation does not increase strength, not unless your tackle weighs enough to challenge your arms.

It's all myth. It does not make you any stronger nor does it make you any weaker. It was suggested that athlete's not have sex the night before competition because their coaches knew that doing so would interrupt their sleep and/or rest. You know how you feel if you get a crappy night's sleep and then try to work out the next day? Same concept.

I don't know where I would lean on this.  You get a great cardio and some endurance...lol.  You lose testostrone but wouldn't the body start to produce more to satisify your reproductive system. I don't know where to lean some one ask a doctor..lol.
