diet coke- how bad is it for you?
It's bad. Get rid of it. DRINK WATER ( green tea/coffee for the caffiene)
Drink water.

fruits such as bananas- some places i hear they are allowed during cutting. some sources tell me to just get rid of them during intense cutting all together. if eaten at all, what time? morning? or before work out?
****again look at the two links above. I prefer not to eat fruit at all. I do at times tho, but only in the morning. It works for me.

weights combined with HIIT- how many times a week? and would you recommend HIIT after 40 min of weights? cuz thts what i end up doing, just because i dont have time to make it to the gym that many times STUPID WORKK!! lol

Squats- Free weight back squat. I can't do more than 10 lbs on each side. :( But I do around 4-5 sets with 12 reps each time. That's effective?

LASTLY my most important question: say youve been on a low calorie diet for a really long time and havent lost any weight, what do you do? i feel like my diet has been too low in calories, i wanna be able to make my caloric intake higher, without gaining extra weight. daily i think i have about 1200-1300. im pretty active, and yeah. what do you think???

I agree w/ jon that. u want to lose 20-35 lbs?? u are 5'4? sounds like a lot to me. But I would start out with the two links above--it is a great starting point.
