I like my body, there are many things im proud to have. But id like to tone and, perhaps work toward a more toned set of thighs, better shaped arms and leaner tummy perhaps? no spot reductionism gwaninnn here! but yaaa.. thanks boomer, i work soo hard, and its sooo sad wen i dont see results :( but i guess i just havee to be patient.. patience sucksssss stupid virtue.

I will be blunt, because this method that I will give you insight in is very, very complex and so puzzling that it's quite the phenomenon. The secret to losing fat? Get your diet down. And the phenomenon part... Get OUTSIDE and run. (Runnersworld.com) -go to that site, they're make a training guide for you. I only use treadmills, arc trainers, ellipitcals etc. if I'm injured, otherwise, hit the track or pavement. You'll see results in days, guaranteed.

Diet check and cardio check. Keep us updated on progress... or maybe even start your own journal on here. Everybody's doing it...

A journal is just your own thread on the forum where you make a bunch of posts of what you did at the gym, how many sets, how much weight, how many reps, cardio, diet, supplements, mood, thoughts, etc... it's just a personal diary that makes it easier to keep track of your progress and stuff and let other people read it and critique you or give you some suggestions or motivation. just go here: http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/Online_Training_Journal/forumid_30/tt.htm and make a new thread titled something like "Kanita's Workout Journal" or you can be creative and name it something cool like "Kanita's Sexy Workout Plan" or something fabulous like that.

The most important thing, even more important than diet and trainig is consistency. You need to start eating about 6 small meals per day. It's going to be odd to assimilate that into your life at first, so what I would reccomend is getting a protein bar (low sugar) or yogurt (low sugar) or pack something simple (like 2 hardboiled eggs de-shelled). Wake up, eat, 2 hours later, have the simple meal, 2 hours later, lunch, 2 hours later, simple meal, 2 hours later dinner, 2 hours after that simple meal and bed. As far as fruits go, it's better than candy, but not as good as a piece of chicken, or some tuna. In the beginning stages of altering your weight though you want to do things one step at a time so you don't become overwhelmed. Picture it like smoking ciggarettes, if you smoke 10 cigarettes a day, and just stop, it's going to be a lot harder to stick with it than if you were to ween down to 9 cigarettes and then 8 and so on and so forth. As far as your squatting goes, if you can do a ten on each side of the bar (I'm assuming a 45 pound bar, so that's 65 pounds total) and you can do that for four sets, I don't see why you couldn't do 75 pounds. If you can't do 75 pounds though, I would suggest lowering the weight a little bit, to 60 pounds, and doing a set of ten. Then do 65 pounds for a set of ten. Finally, throw 70 pounds on there and crank out 10 of them (or as many as you can). This'll help your squat weight go up, and it'll also make your ass look better.
