Wow thats a lot of cottage cheese in one hit! Have you added up all the calories to work out just how much of everything you are getting?

Hey I recently had a tip about adding oil to shakes, apparently if you are using a blender, you should try not to blend the oil too much as it can actually change its properties (not sure exactly how, perhaps chemicaly or just physically)

So apparently its better to blend your shake and then stir in the oil.... Anyway I use UDO's and love it, so thats what Im doing now...

If anyone has any more insight to this.. please share :)
