Hi, I've been bodybuilding for a few months using rippetoes and my progress has been excellent! All my lifts are significantly increased, and I'm looking a lot bigger and stronger too. However, one particular thing I am especially self-conscious about is the pectus I was born with in my chest (for those who don't know a pectus is a genetic defect and looks like this

Anyway, I was really hoping if anyone knew any muscle development that might possibly cover it up, or make it less noticeable, maybe some chest work that focuses on the inner chest to put some muscle over it.
Thanks for any help.
