conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) - Monday, September 15, 2008 4:05 PM

Has anyone ever heard of this? It is supposed to aid in body fat loss, and in the growth of muscle. I just saw something on tv about it, and i am wondering if anyone has tried it or no somebody who has. I read this about it online: http://thyroid.about.com/cs/dietweightloss/a/cla.htm

ANyways, whats all your thoughts bought this stuff.

I had taken it before and it doesn't really do anything. Take more Omegas and BCAA to better your health hombre. Current Supplements: Multi-Vitamin, Glucosamine/Chondrotin, Vitamin C Current Cycle: Stength "Run to live, and live to run."
