your body weight flucuates (spelling?) throughout the day because of water intake metabolism and food eaten no big deal...

EDIT:also you arent going to lose a noticable ammount in muscle mass if you miss 2 meals...for 1 day i mean..

NO MUSCLE LOSS IN TWO DAYS. Some of us can go on for weeks without muscle loss, the body won't alow it. Your weight is up and down because either your water weight is insufficient for some days or, you haven't beens strict with your diet and have not been taking in the right amount of calories, but i'll go for the water weight.

I would take in atleast 64 ounces a day aka 4 bottles if you have them. 64 or more. Throughout the day that is.

No, it will stable his water weight. If you consistently drink 64 or more ounces of water a day, your body will absorb plenty of it.
