confused shoulders

I dont know what's goin on.... or am i making any gains....? I am experiencing DOMS only on my left shoulder after a good workout... (24 hours later) My routine are side and front lateral raise, and overhead dumbbell shoulder press... (lift till fatigue on both shoulders) I watch my form during my workout so i am really confused with the end result.... Any form of advise would be greatly appreciated....
