Ive done them a few times. I made my own that went deadlift power clean bo bb row push press full clean front squat Man 2nd to 20 rep squats it was the hardest workout ive done in my life. I was completely winded layin on tha floor of my gym. I felt awesome afterward though. Its my favorite cardio ever now.
working on explosive phase vertical: 35 weight: 206 Big 3: 300/440/515 Strength and growth come only through continuous effort and struggle.

i like them there a good way to get a work out down at a high intensity quickly, one of my personal favourites is using the barbell : press ups, bentover rows, plyometric lunges, OH presses and front squats. all of these in a rep range between 10-20 not going to failure on any one lift obviously.

brihead301 http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/Try-this-barbell-circuit-in-place-of-cardio-sometime-m478925.aspx I do this sometimes for cardio after my sessions. My complex with 65 lbs. makes me feel like a little b**** compared to the examples in the link you posted. i like tha ones on the link better because there are less reps and it makes it less endurance work/more weight. I can do mine with 95 lbs maybe even 115 at this point and Im still completely winded and im soaked like i got out tha shower.

I agree 100%. I'm gonna switch to the heavier/lower rep one - the "deadly 8" or whatever it's called by Alwyn Cosgrove.
