ORIGINAL: IamINDY56 im attending a combine in a month and i was wondering whats the best way to train for reps for 185 on bench thanks alot isnt it usually 225 pounds? anyways every other day or everything 3 days depending on how you feel, do 3 sets of 185 each to 1 rep before failure, try for 1-2 more reps per week

I would just grease the groove since you only have a month. Google "grease the groove" or possibly "grease the groove pullups" to get an idea. Basically it's just doing the exercise multiple times a day for different percentages of your rep max. If you don't have a bench at home this won't work. Otherwise soccerking has a good plan.
