happy birthday to me i get to finnish out this week with deadlifts definately looking forword to this my go is 325 5 times
 
alrighty didnt go 325 but did 315 five time for 4 sets without belt so i gave myself a pat on the back

ahhh the weekend or so i thought my lower back and outer lats is killing me been popping ibreprofin every once and a while but i'll live at least i didnt pull nothing

happy monday for me get to do bench today last week was 185 im pushing for 195 or even possible 200 for five sets of five reps , bought creatine monohydrate and im takeing whey to also hoping the creatine will help with the gains
 
got the 195 mark next week its 205 baby!

chest recovery day alls good not as much pain as last time today after i go try and get this job im trying for im gonna go to the gym and get at least an hour  of cardio no less
 
got an hour and 10 minutes im happy with it

i done it and got it five sets of five reps and lowered 425 once me happy and an hour of verious cardio

i did a ton of cardio today alot of sprinting , elliptical , and best of all the knee killer (stair master)i climed 80 odd floors in 25 minutes

october 3 , 2006 recovery day for chest i was thinking of doing some cardio today but i dont know my chest and shoulders are so dagon sore i dont want to lift or touch nothing!!

leg day october 4 , 2006
 
i didnt have much time in the gym today and to top that all the squat racks were takin up so i didnt get to squat so i did leg presses at 540lbs 3 sets of 6 and also various ab work all machines for resistance next week i'll return to no resistance bu the body ab training did leg extensions leg curls calf raises all 3 sets of 6
