hey guys I have been doing some cling-n-jerk and bench and curls once a week real heavy weights...my question is would this help tighten my over all body... I do 3 sets of 5 reps...any feedback please, I'm not trying to look like Atlas just a little stronger and thicker.

Yes, if done correctly, incorporating a few sets of clean and jerk exercises into your routine will work your entire body, and provide cardiovascular benefit.
