clean bulking?

ive been bulking alittle over a year , i know ive gained alotta muscle but my chest is barely shining through , i have no shoulders. but plenty of stretch marks on my biceps , which is frustrating , and the worst of all i have love handles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i want the v shape! since ive been learning on my own this past year and didnt take dieting seriously and same with lifting . anyway , i still want to bulk , i wanna be like a very cut 185-195 , and im about 175lbs right now maybe 180 , i fluxuate alot , but im bulky , my ass is large and the love handles , im 5'11-6feet so ppl never think im fat but when i see my side profile i notice my ass..... any way i ramble too much , so to cleaner bulk im going to cut out all junk food , i eat alot of junk and pop , and focuz mostly on proteins. i take a weight gainer that with two shakes a day gives me about 240 g of carbs ,i figure with that and eating mostly proteins and healthier snacks during the day i could maybe lose some fat and still gaine muscle , and just before i hit the gym eat a high carbs meal like a pasta , so ill be getting most carbs from the shakes and the one high carb meal before the gym , and then whatever small amounts i consume during the day lkike from a sandwhich or whatverer , is this a good idea? ive given up the idea of looking great for this summer , so next summer i need to be sexy , i work out hard so i know its t he diet , i need to lose the love handles!!!!!!!!!!and ass!so if this is the wrong direction to take lemme know , dont tell me to do 40/40.20 or some crazy diets , im so busy with school and work its hard to manage it , thanks
