in a couple of weeks im going on a field trip and will be away from the gym, protien powder, and really anything that has to do with bodybuilding for three days. they only give us three meals a day, which is like starvation for me! I was thinking of buyngi two boxes of Zero Impact protien bars for in between meal becuase they seem like the best ones out on the market. i can't bring any protien shakes becuase they are to impractical and i'll get made fun of by my dumbass friends. I would probably have like 3-4 Zero Impact bars a day. Do you think this is a good idea or can i do something else? And does anyone know a protien bar that is better than Zero Impact?

protein bars are good. but BCAA pills are even better. they last longer, and you don't have to worry about squishing them, or anything. AND, they're easier to take. i vote bcaa pills. that's what i took when i left the country for 2 weeks. all it is is muscle food. pop 2 or 3 of them in between meals every hour and you'll be good to go

Almonds, BCAA's and Meal Replacement bars. but....I second the motion that its not going to kill your progress. I think your mostly concerned with hunger though. I get the same way.

But since I've been eating every 3hours now for over the past year.. I just get too damn hungry.
