Hey i just found this fourm! Thank god, im 16 and the last 2 or 3 weeks ive been VERY intrested in body building, some say im obsessed. Im currently on:

Megaman multivitamin (twice daily)
NO2 (8 daily)
CLA (6 daily)
Vitamin E (1 daily)
American Whey (3 times a day)
Isopure (sip on one or two a day)
Truth bars ( pre-lunch everday)
American Stamina (contains creatine mono and many great things, EXELENT EXELENT product highly recommended) (20 mins befor workout)

im considering buying L-Glut power and take 10 g's in the morning and at night , but American Stamina has 5 g's per serving, but still considering...

Im going to be taking CE2 (HORRAY) once it comes out.

I work out everyday until failure, i only have a little in home gym that max out at 210 :(. I bench 180 btw (12 reps 4 sets, i can do 200 but i dont... not tryen to hurt myself (dont even say then wtf u doing w. all those supplements lol, ive done much research)). heres a little of my story:

i used to way 200+ w. ALOT of body fat, i lost alot of weight thanx to atkins, hydroxycut (w. ephedra), and lots of cardio.. THATS THE WRONGE WAY, now i got loose skin thats been a bitch to get rid of,

Im 17% body fat, but im not sure if thats right because i dont look fat , i will upload pics later.
i bench 180 (4 sets 12 reps)
im 5'11''
155 lbs
32 in waste
and 16 yrs old.

comments, questions, suggestions please..

Glad to hear you're starting up- Now, I know you probably don't want to hear this, but do you want some real good advice?
Drop all the supps except for the protein for now. By changing your diet and lifting heavier, and keeping up on your cardio, you're going to see some really amazing results- Especially since you're just starting out. It's great that you lost all that weight, but you see what the supps did in terms of your skin- Why not stick to the basics- Lifting heavier, eating right and taking your protein shakes- And then, once you see how you're progressing with those, add a supp. See if it even helps enough to spend money on it. Then try another. If you do all that stuff at once, without giving yourself some time to see what's doing what exactly, you're never going to know if something's even worth taking.
Hope this helps.

Hey, thanks for the advice, i wish i got it befor i spent my money :/.. but i started with cla and protein a while ago but i wasnt serious, now i added american stamina, then a week later NO2 and have been on it for two weeks, i think i have an understanding. I just got the 1-tu after talking for a few hours with a personal trainer who is my good friend, he gave me a good price. I think im going to stick to whati have atleast until i run out.. as for diet what do you think?
Wake up -
Potein shake
American stamina
NO2
Mega Man
Vit e
CLA
Cutting Gel
1-tu

half hour later
7 eggs with out the yellow and onions (scrambled)

two hours later
Truth bar
NO2
CLA
Mega Man
1-tu

Lunch time
sandwitch with 1 piece of turkey and ham and 1 piece of low fat cheese

Hour later
sip on isopute

get home from work about 2 hours later
another American Whey mix

later sip on another isopure sometimes

Then workout
after i work out ill be drinking American stamina followed by another American Whey drink

later for dinner
steak or fish or skinnless chickon

also i drink 2 gallons of water a day...
Comments?

Seems like too many supplements and not enough REAL food.

Yep, seems that way to me too- Way too many supps instead of good solid protein- And let's not forget those carbs too. I barely see any in there, unless they're in the supps- But again, there's no substitute for real food. Personally, what I do is eat five or six meals a day- Two or three of them will be protein shakes with healthy snacks, the other three meals will be good solid food, with plenty of protein and some good slow burning carbs like natural brown rice.
I think it was MDA who posted once that supplements account for only about five percent of your gains- Your regular food intake should be your main concern, that's where you'll see the real differences.

thanks guys. I think your right but being that ive bought all this "****" ima just use it up and after stick with cla, american stamina, and american whey... about the food, I agree but you have to understand after trying to lose weight for so long its hard to imagine that im supposed to be eating alot of food but i know i do. i eat meat once or twice a day, any suggestions will be greatly thanked. Also about the carbs i still have to change my mindset from carbs being the devil to them being my energy... I notice that if i have carbs/calories befor i work out i can go so much longer and if i dont i often get tired and have to force myself until im really exausted (even while drinking PLENTY PLENTY water).. thanks for your comments, more would be greatly apprechated

Like everything else, there are good carbs and bad carbs- Go for slow burning carbs, the energy they give is spread over a longer period of time, plus they keep your body in a calorie burning mode longer. Keep in mind- Your body has to burn calories to digest food. When you eat some slow burning carbs throughout the day, you're burning calories all day long.
Now, if you're eating meat once or twice a day, make it three or four times- Three at least. Throw some of those good carbs in there, you'll be well on the way to the body you want.

Pretty much anything whole wheat or whole grain for starters- Ask around in the nutrition forums for more specifics, but personally I'm eating tons of natural brown rice right now.

WHAT!?! nah i dont think those supps will shrink anything there, the only one that could is the 1-tu, but that would shrink the testies if anything right?

My whole outlook on stuff like that is- Don't know, not interested in finding out. I try to stay as natural as possible- Food, protein, creatine- That's all I've ever ingested. I know that people can argue that there's plenty of other stuff out there that's either natural, or increases your body's production of natural hormones or whatever- But generally speaking, I try to stay away from stuff that has potential side effects I wouldn't want to deal with. If I can't get to my goals through eating good food and supplementing with shakes- Plus hard work- Then I'll have to be happy with the results I do get.
