chest/lats - Monday, May 11, 2009 3:55 AM ( #1 )
iv finally been able to start working out again, ass all the post operation problems have gone. been pleased with the last month as my arms are now an inch and a half bigger, and my shoulders are a lot thicker, but i seem to have trouble packing anything onto my chest.
any recomendations for exercises that really target the chest and lat areas, so i can start to look a lot thicker, but in proportion more?
cheers
