Everybody is just genetically different and fat is more prone to store in different parts varying from person to person. Unfortunately for you, you cant spot reduce fat, you cant pump out 200 sets of bench and think that'll work. you just gotta diet right and throw in some cardio to lose it if your that worried about it. Personally i dont think its thaaat bad though

ymca Do you use plastics? Do you drink out of plastic water bottles? Do you heat food up on carry it in plastic containers? Do you eat alot of soy products? Your fat storage pattern looks like a high aromatase activity pattern. Meaning you have high levels of "bad" estrogens. cut out any plastics and soy. You can also start supplementing with green tea, eat lots of cruciferous vegetables like broccoli or cauliflower

It appears you have a case of gynecomastia, which can be rid through surgery.

Looks like a mild case of gyno, might wanna speak to your doc and see if you can arrange surgery for it.
