cheat meals - Tuesday, June 24, 2008 7:02 PM
i know i worry too much, but does anyone else get this?

sunday i went to a BBQ/grad party, i wasnt planning on drinking but my car broke down so i had no excuse.. story short i threw back a few hamburgers, about 15 beers, and later on chineese food

now i know thats a bit much for a cheatmeal but the next day on top of feeling guilty i just didnt want to eat anything, and i felt like **** ( wasnt a hangover either ) i ended up cutting my regular calories in about 1/2

so 2 days and a assload of cardio later i think i made up for it, but i was wondering if anyone else gets like that a day after they eat just wayy too much ( esp during a cut )

LoL, I might call those days "punishment" days.

But I haven't done that in my whole life.

Now in XC, I couldnt really careless, but it's more along the lines of questioning: Do I really want to throw up a hamburger or that taco? Nahh, I'd rather puke up a banana or something easily digestible and passable.

However, now in XC, I have a once a weeker which is the freedom to have anything and everything and as much of it for one hour. Whether is be chocolate, pure lard, doesn't matter. The calorie count could be 4,500 just for that sitting, it doesn't matter. Reason being, the next day I cut the cals low to prolly 1/2 or 1/3, and then the following day is a hard day for XC. It all burns away...

Niceeee.
