ok to start off i am 5'8" and 155-160 lbs i walked into highschool at 120 5.5% bf i left highschool at 145 lbs (do not know bf% at this time) solid cut head to toe flashing my 8 pack that i had worked so hard for to every female i saw now 3 yrs later ive been working out on and off just trying not to get fat i now only have my top 4 abs and they are starting to fade away i decided to get back into bodybuilding hardcore a couple weeks ago and went at it for a day or two and that was about it now to the present all i have to work with are 3 sets of DB's. which seem to be doing fine for now until school starts back up in the fall, myself, and some Shock Therapy and Storm that was given to me (i know, ive read here that supps. dont give you the drive to lift i just want a little help along the way)
