Not really.  Too much iron.

I'm not a big fan of synthetic multis anyway.  I take Alive whole food multi

people here will take a bullet for Animal Pak(It is a great one) but GNC's and ON's aren't bad either.

And isn't Centrum for guys like 35+?/ or maybe I just got the impression.

If a generic multi-vitamin is all you got or can afford, its better than nothing. I also have to "make-do" with a multi.

Pay the extra 2 dollars and get Solotron w/ no iron from GNC, unless you really like taking a synthetic multivitamin. Wasting your time. Otherwise get Ultra Mega Gold w/out Iron for 17 bucks.

I take a generic form of Centrum and it is better than nothing, twice a day or more of course.  I want to check out ON multis when I can pay a little more for a better overall stack.

Men dont typically need extra iron. All we need is 8mg per day. Women typically need about 18-20mg of iron per day. Men will typically get plenty of iron from the foods that we eat. Ie: Red meat, fortified cereals, etc. Furthermore, ALIVE is a good multivitamin no doubt but the Ultra Mega Gold W/O iron is also a good choice. I find that the Animal Pak is a bit too much for my taste because of so many pills but its like they say different strokes for different folks. I would definitely go with something other than Centrum being that it is a synthetic multivitamin.
