hi all, new to the forum. anyway, i mainly joined because i have a problemed area. im not a great fan of paying to go to gym's not that it matters because the nearest is a good few to many miles away for me to ever bother going if i did get a membership, (which im guessing is somewhat blasfemous considering where im posting =p) anyway, to the point. though more often then not i cant take weights around with me because i travel alot, i keep in shape whenever the mood gets me, good way to break up a work cycle. so i almost always use my own weight as the counterbalance and ive developed quite a few techniques to get by without the use of a gym. but this area of my cheast. i can never seem to find anything, as a result (because im rather slimly built) is a bony patch which im not all too fond of. any advice? John

advice, either go gym, buy weights or stop complaining. You've pretty much said you know you need to go gym or get weights but you cant. How about this get a back pack and put books in it so its harder for yourself to do exersizes. You need to eat alot of food, your all bones. You may then start to take shape.

You definitely need to eat more.... how much do you weigh and what is your age? You definitely need to be lifting weights also. if you want to gain lean mass. body weight exercises can only do so much.

Im sure you heard this before...Eat More* but you can get alot more muscular then where your at with just bodyweight exercises. You need to get a routine together and be consecutive. Also when you do your exercises you want to go nice, slow and controlled feeling the stressing the muscle. Your more then likely just busting out pushups and pullups as fast as you can.
