cell-tech, nox2, nitro-tech, and p6, what do you think? - Monday, April 19, 2004 6:01 PM ( #1 )
Hey I was trying to develop a new stack for myself and have been looking at using the following products, first though heres some info about myself: im 19 years old, 6'-2" and roughly 160 lbs, a real lightweight, which sucks.
I've tried using these stacks before:

mag-10 and tribex- not bad, gives you good energy in the gym, but not that great of results

cellucors p6, m5 and r4- pretty good stack, saw good gains in the back and makes you more cut.

I was thinking about doing this for my next stack, combining cell-tech, pinnacle's nox2, nitro-tech, and cellucor's p6. I was thinking the cell-tech would work as a good creatine, the nox2 would increase bloodflow and allow me to "swell", the nitro-tech increases my nitrogen levels which proves to help in muscle growth, and the p6 is a testosterone booster that would help me have an even greater edge. Of the supplements I was debating about dropping it would be the p6, I think it might be overkill, but i can get it dirt cheap is the only reason why.

Please reply with your thoughts and suggestions about this stack.

I've heard Mag-10 has some good results. Trib is bunk. NOX2 and Nitro-tech.. how much is that stack gonna run you $$$ ? Seems pricey and I bet you can something similar for a bit less without sacrificing quality.

I guess I'm not giving great "tips" here. Just looking at names and what I've tried before. I got nothing from the trib stuff.

Would any of these items be considered pro-hormones? I'm not familar with p6, m5 and r4.. hence my questions.

Welcome to DB bro!

Im pretty sure p6 is considered a pro-hormone, m5 is a muscle hydrator, basically you drink a lot of water adn it forces it into your muscles supposedly, r4 is just a recovery supplement.

Yeah this cycle does look like its gonna be pricy, i was calculating somewhere around $150 for all 4 items, to last around 30 days, any advice on other supplements to replace with that are cheaper, or any advice on what to take or not to take, add or drop

First worry about fine tuning your diet before taking a whole truck load of supplements. How long have you been lifting? How many calories are you taking in per day? There are probably lots of changes you can make to your diet which won't cost you so much money and will make a bigger difference in your progress.

The only one of those that I've tried is Cell-tech and the only thing it did for me is give me more energy in the gym. I got way better results when I simply added a few hundred calories to my diet. Good luck.

I am sure not enough if you are 6'2" and only 160lbs. If you are trying to bulk up, you will need at least 3000calories a day and about 250grams of protein. Otherwise, supplements will do jack for you if these basic needs aren't met.

FYI, your basal rate is 1800cal and active rate is 2450cal.

I've been lifting consistently 6 days a week for about 9 months now, before that I was off and on maybe 2 months on 2 months off for about 2 years. Since I've started going 6 days a week my bench has increased 35 lbs max, and squat about 75 lbs max

Five bucks a day, huh? You sound like a supplement company's wet dream.

Make your owm Cell-Tech at home for about 1/4 the cost a post with the recipe is right here. I don't know too much about the other supps, but Nitro-tech also looks like you'd be better off picking up some Optimum Nutrition (or similar) whey, and spending the savings on chicken breast and tuna.

I bought a can of P6 (100 caps) Says to take 2 per day on off workout days & 5 per day on workout days @ 110.00 plus tax. I  could not tell any difference. I will NOT be buying any more of that stuff.
