I am about to start taking cellmass, my post workout serving is at 7pm and it says to have a 2nd serving 6-8 hours before or after your post workout serving. I find it difficult to take 6-8 hours before post serving due to being at work.

Would it be a bad idea to take 6-8 hours after, which would mean i would take it between 1 to 3 in the morning, would it be hard to digest because i would be sleeping?
would it have the same effect then if i took it in the day?
is it a bad idea?

Did you seriously just ask if you should take a supplement while you're sleeping?

It would just suck to get up in the morning and take it. Just take the one after workout and then 1 other before bed.

once post workout and take it once in the morning when u wake up..

He obviously didnt mean he was going to take it while he was sleeping. Give the guy a break....plus its his first post.

I used to take cellmass and took one serving when I got home from the gym at about 8pm and the next serving when I woke up. I asked around alot and just about everyone said this was ok. I dont think you need to worry about waking up in the middle of the night. Keep in mind that BSN (the company that manufactures Cellmass) has been accused of false advertising concerning CEM3 (the main ingredient in Cellmass). There are doubts as to whether or not it even exists. Do some homework. By now there may have been a verdict....not sure. Hope this helps. And dont worry about the smartasses.
