I would say mix it in milk if it is chocolate flavore.....put the powder up to the .25ml mark the add one egg and fill the rest of the blender with milk up 2 the .75ml then it will taste good and awsome results

haha...I used this stuff once. It's very high in carbs, It gives you ****loads of energy with the sugar that's in it. It Does work well, but i'd advise against it and go somthing without so much sugar. Im getting better pumps without the stuff now!... and dont get eye twitches I got everytime I took celltech!
