Muscle tech does a great marketing job, and that's about it.  I can't stand any of their products, junk.

yea ive been using the trac before my workouts for the past 14-17 days and it has been okkkk, not worth the 40$ i spent on it. i think im going to try the  vns jacked, because the trac as just ok and im hearing the cell-tech is garbage even though i got it for free im just gonna sell it and put it towards a good creatine.   is there anything good to supplement the trac or jacked with since they r basically the same type of creatine.   i am takin nitrix but i dont really like it and i work in vitamin shop and theres alot of people raving about the vaso xp and say it lasts longer and works twice as much so.
thanx

Dont throw away your Cell Tech just yet.. it is still the best dextrose based loading creatine on the market. As for water retention.. if you are training hard enough you need the carbs post workout to replenish your glycogen stores. run cell tech with a good quality isolate protein.. im sure you will have gains.
