Hi, havent been on here in a while. Anyone used the cell tech hardcore creatine? I got a free tub from someone i know well who is no longer workin' out. I have personally never used it b4. have used other stuff though...just wonderin?

i like it. one of the better creatines IMO, just on the expensive side but you got it for free.

Cell Tech is quite possibly the best supplement ever invented. Ronnie Coleman used to look like Steve Erkel, but two months after using celltech twice daily and he's now comparable to a small gorilla.

only thing i didnt like about CTH was none of my lifting gains were permanint , they dropped nearly back to what they were without it
