how often do i gotta take cell mass? i'm on no-xplode and i'm going to be for another like 5-6 weeks, then i'm switching to either mega milk or muscle milk which both is pretty much the same. my questions are though first, is it alright to take muscle milk before lifting and then cell mass after, and then just once on non-work out days? also is it alright to take cell mass just once a day, every day?

Never eat or drink a protein shake within one hour of taking NO-Xplode. Drink the Cellmass immediately after your workout and later in the night. And drink a protein shake either 1 hour before taking Cellmass and/or 20 minutes - hour after your post-workout serving of Cellmass. You need 2 servings of Cellmass daily, even on your day off. But personally I wouldn't use Muscle Milk with that stack. Muscle Milk contains creatine monohydrate and Cellmass contains creatine ethyl-ester. They may not work well together. I suggest using Optimum (ON) 100% Whey instead of Muscle Milk.

You can take Cellmass a few times a day without any problems. Yeah taking MM before workout and Cellmass after would be fine. But with Cellmass, you should get a protein shake about 30 minutes following.

ok well i have no-xplode now so i guess i'll take the cell mass with the no-xplode for now. In about 5 weeks i might switch to nitrix instead of no-xplode but stay wit the cell mass, does nitrix work with cell mass? how would i do them both, take the 3 pills 3 times a day like regular and then just cell mass after lifting and then later in the night?

I wouldn't recommend switching from NO-Xplode to Nitrix. I would recommend taking Nitrix in addition to NO-Xplode though

The nitrix, cell mass and NO xplode are made to be taken together as a stack. I am on it right now. I take 2 scoops NO xplode 30-45 min before workout and then take cell mass after my work out. The nitrix is taken 3 times per day and all of these are on an empty stomach. I then take one serving of EAS protein in the morning 30 minutes after I take nitrix and then 30 minutes after I take my cell mass post workout. Hope this helps.

alright so you take cell mass only once a day after work outs, and then just once on non work out days, the nitrix 3 times daily, and then no-xplode just once before work outs?

No, you got it all wrong. NO-Xplode: Once per day, pre-workout. Even on your day off. Cellmass: 2x per day, post-workout and later in the night. Even on your day off.

I only take cell mass once a day because it is overkill to take it twice. that would mean i was taking it at 6:30pm., then like 3-4 hours later. So that is why i only take it once, plus I am not a huge guy who needs that much more nutrients in his body.

yeah and im even smaller than bench270, like 5 inches shorter and 5 lbs lighter. so OK here's what i understand. No-xplode once per day every day only one serving. Before work outs. When do i take it on non work out days? Cell mass once every day, after work outs. When do i take it on non-work out days? Now, when the 12 week period of no-xplode will end, what should i substitute it with?

ok i dont have the money for nitrix no xplode cell mass and protein, i'm just going with no-xplode and cell mass for now, then substituting something for no-xplode. what should i substitute it with?? and when should i take everything?

When you get the cell mass and no xplode, read the directions, it tells you when to take it.

After 12 weeks stop taking it. You don't replace it with anything, that is why you go off it for a month after the 12 weeks. To give your body a rest from it.

going of of cell mass will increase recovery time greatly, that can only be taken for 12 weeks also.

cell mass is taken to help speed up recovery time of your muscles after workouts. a guy i know stopped taking it for a week and noticed a huge difference in recovery time. yes stop taking cell mass after 12 weeks for one month.

you can take cell mass still yes. just make sure you don't stay on it for more then 12 weeks. Recovery time is how long it takes your muscles to repair themselves completely after a workout. Cell mass helps speed that process up.

alright man thanks for your patience, but yet another question, so should i just take it alone after the no-xplode or should i add something else in there like a protein shake or maybe cytogainer before working out because i like the energy no-xplode gives you. also after the 12 week period of cell mass, will i lose the size gains and everything i got due to the cell mass like other creatines?

maybe a little bit, but not much, you can go on it again once that one month period is up. I would just take your one or two protein shakes during the day.

ON is a very common Whey people use with this stack. (Its a very common whey used alone). But I am currently stacking NO Explode, and Cellmass and ON 100% Whey right now as of 7/10/09. Ive been taking it as recommended and I am very pleased, which is saying alot; for I am very skepticle with supplements. But yea, im not much for the whey taste but I would have to say that Optimum Nutrition has masked it the best. Chocolate, and Strawberry are very good in my opinion, mixes great, tastes great. Hope this helps.

take the no xplode before u workout only on workout days. no need to take it on off days. protien and eat after workout. eat lunch protien shake and dinner and a protien before bed. i think that is a good formula. it has worked well for me
