cell mass and zero carb isopure?

i've been taking the Nature's Best Zero Carb Isopure... 50g of protein per serving, no fat...works great for me. BUT... i want more strength. i've never taken a creatine before... BSN Cell Mass got the best reviews... SO... i was wondering if it's ok to take the Isopre with the Cell Mass instead of the BSN's protein, syntha-6? i looked at the bsn protein (syntha-6) and it has too much saturated fat and cholesterol... do you think they'd work well together?

Isopure is fine with cellmass. If you dont want to spend the money on cellmass there are cheaper options and will work just as well. Plain creatine mono would work great.

well yea but i called bsn (and i know they're trying to sell me their stuff) and the guy said that the composition of the syntha-6 makes it so the cell mass and syntha-6 only really together and the isopure might not yield good results and it'd ruin the cell mass... he was talking about the syntha-6's "time release" stuff and whatever... i have no idea what that's all about... i'm almost done with my tub of isopure, should i buy the syntha-6 because i already have the cell mass - even tho the isopure works really well for me? i'd hate to ruin the cell mass because i love the isopure. any thoughts?

You talked to a guy from bsn, of course he's going to tell you it works best with syntha 6. I would just go with a plain creatine mono over cellmass anyway.

ha i know... BUT i did a LOT of research on the Cell Mass... it got great reviews... so what im saying is i have two different brands...one that i've already tried that works great (the isopure) and the other - that i already bought - (the cell mass) and i was wondering if i'd get optimal results by mixing the brands...because like i said, altho i saw from a bunch of sites that cell mass got great reviews, i don't know if the isopure has anything in it (or vice versa with the cell mass) that might cancel each other out or whatever. since i have the cell mass already and i'm low on isopure, should i try the syntha-6 or just get the isopure again?

I think we've already said about 5 times now that yes, they will work together just fine. Creatine and whey of ANY BRAND won't "cancel out" each other.

i saw. i just don't know much about supplements... i've always just been about just nutrition. i'm a baseball player, not a bodybuilder. that's why i'm on here! i need help! about creatine tho...any tips or anything? i know it says to take it after i work out (i work out at night) and again in the am... but on an empty stomach...right? and to drink a lot of water... i eat a really high protein diet. not much fat, not much carbs... i eat a lot of egg whites, edamame (soy beans), tofu and fruit. anything in specific i should do differently (diet wise) now that i'll be taking creatine?

take creatine immediately following your workout. Then 20-30 mins after take protein. this can be done with ANY brands. On off days take creatine in the morning.
