cardio better in the moring or at night - Sunday, May 14, 2006 8:03 PM
I do cardio on my off days. which are tuse, thursday, and saturdays

I run 1 mile in 10 minutes on tread mill, and then do 20-30 minutes on the cross trainer at my target heart rate (127 BPM)

my question is, if I do this in the morning, is it better to do after I eat dinner? For example, I figure if I do it in the morn, I still gotta eat lunch and diner, and ill be sitting around for the rest of the day, so is it better at night or morn?

i have no idea what your tryin to do (lose weight, keep conditioned, gain muscle) or what so i really cant tell you that.  Just eat what you normally have for breakfast.
