I would post the link but I can't. What type of cardio session and at what frequency and how much do you weight would help with the answer.

stupid question but what does the body use up during cardio if all the calories you have eaten have been burnt off already?
for example: say i eat a meal with 100 calories. and during my cardio workout i burn them off then what does my body use then?

You need to be more specific, people have already attempted to assist you but you speak in tongues.

What is your goals, your height, weight, age, current exercise program, current meal plan.

If it is too much trouble to give the information then it will be too much trouble to get you on track.

Are you on an excercise bike or riding on a real bike. If on an excercise bike, it should tell you. If on a real bike, get an account at fitday.com and you can plug in your activities and it will give you the cals burnt.

It depends on what your goals are dude -

I mean are you trying to lose fat? Build muscle? What is your diet like?
