i was wandering if the routine i am currently doing is good or not...if you have any advice please comment

here it is

Monday

Benchpress              3x6
Dumbell Press           3x6-10
Inclinebench            3x6-10
Closegrip benchpress 3x6
Kickbacks                3x8
Overhead extension   3x8
Tircep pushdown       3x8

Tuesday

Preacher curls           3x6-10
hammer curls             3x6-10
conecntrated curls     3x6-10
incline db curls           3x6-10
21's
shoulder shrugs          3x10
shoulder press           3x6
arnold rasie               3x6-10

Wednesday

Squat-20 rep sqaut routine
deadlift 3x5
leg press 3x5
power cleans 3x5

Thursday

Benchpress    (reps are same as monday)
cable crossover
decline bench
widegrip bench
kickbakcs
overhead extension
tricep pushdown

Friday

same as tuesday

Its ok but do more excersises go to....http://www.thepumpingstation.com/ExerciseDataBase.html  ...thats what i go to it works im jacked nowfrom that

Hi revensjc56.. You have this routine listed in the power lifting area but your routine is far from a traditional PL routine.. I will be glad to help you structure a routine but can you tell me how old you are.. how long you've trained and what type of routine you've been doing if different than what you have listed?
